Full bars in every unit — the amenity residents actually notice

Your residents don't have landlines. When their phone doesn't work at home, "home" is the problem — and the lease is what pays for it. We fix cellular dead zones across your entire community for one monthly fee, with $0 down.

Why it matters

Dead zones cost more than they seem

Renewals walk out the door

Connectivity complaints are a silent churn driver. A resident who steps outside to take every call doesn't file a ticket — they just don't renew.

Reviews mention it by name

"No cell service in the building" shows up in apartment reviews and tour objections. Prospects read it before they ever call your leasing office.

Safety and liability

Residents expect 911 to work from their unit, the stairwell, and the parking garage. Coverage gaps in those spaces are a risk you don't want to own.

The MDU program

One monthly fee per community. Zero capital request.

We designed our Network-as-a-Service model around how multifamily budgets actually work: an operating expense your NOI can absorb, not a capital project competing with roofs and chillers.

What's covered

Everywhere a resident carries a phone

  • Units — including interior-facing and lower floors where signal dies first
  • Amenity spaces — gyms, coworking lounges, pool decks, clubhouses
  • Elevators & stairwells — the classic dropped-call spots
  • Parking garages — below-grade coverage where residents feel it most
  • Leasing office — so the tour itself proves the amenity

Portfolio owners: we price across your communities on a single rate model, prioritized by the survey results — worst buildings first.

How the MDU rollout works

  • Free survey: we walk the property and map dead zones
  • Fixed monthly quote per building or per door
  • Install scheduled around residents — days, not months
  • Walk-test verification, then 24/7 monitoring
  • Marketing kit for your leasing team included
MDU FAQ

What property managers ask us

Do you need access to every unit?

Usually not. Most MDU systems distribute signal from corridors, risers, and common areas. Where in-unit work is needed, we coordinate entry notices with your office and complete units in minutes each.

Does this work for all residents' carriers?

Yes — one system carries AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile (and the prepaid brands that run on their networks), so the amenity works no matter which carrier a resident brings.

Can we pass the cost to residents?

Many owners fold it into amenity or technology fees; others treat it as pure retention spend. We'll share how comparable communities structure it during your quote review.

What happens if we sell the property?

The service agreement can transfer to the buyer — installed, monitored coverage is a documented asset at disposition, not a liability.
