The right system for your building — delivered as a service

Every property gets the same outcome: full bars on every carrier, guaranteed by walk test. What changes is the technology behind it, sized to your square footage and construction — and how you pay for it.

Solution 1

Coverage as a Service (NaaS)

Our flagship offer. Instead of selling you a capital project, we own the system and deliver coverage as a subscription — the way you already buy internet or elevator maintenance.

  • Little or no upfront cost — hardware is funded by us and our capital partner
  • One monthly fee covers design, equipment, installation, monitoring, and repairs
  • Coverage SLA — contracted signal levels, verified floor by floor
  • Future-proof — free retuning when carriers change their networks
  • Portfolio pricing for owners with multiple properties

Why property managers choose NaaS

  • OpEx approval instead of a capital committee
  • No surprise repair bills — ever
  • One accountable vendor for the life of the system
  • Coverage stays guaranteed as networks evolve
  • Cancelable exit terms defined up front

At a glance

  • Best for buildings up to ~50,000 sq ft
  • Carrier-approved smart boosters (Cel-Fi class)
  • Simple FCC registration — no per-project carrier negotiation
  • Installed in days, minimal disruption
  • Lowest cost per building — ideal for MDU portfolios
Solution 2

FCC Part 20 smart repeaters

For smaller buildings and MDUs, carrier-approved smart repeaters are the fastest path to full bars. A rooftop donor antenna captures the outdoor signal; the repeater amplifies it safely and distributes it indoors.

Unlike consumer boosters, the platforms we deploy are network-safe by design — they self-monitor, prevent interference automatically, and are unconditionally approved by the major carriers. That means faster deployment with zero shutdown risk.

Solution 3

BDA-fed distributed antenna systems (DAS)

Larger and more complex buildings need an engineered antenna network. A bi-directional amplifier (BDA) boosts the donor signal, and a designed grid of indoor antennas distributes it evenly across every floor, elevator, and garage level.

  • iBwave-engineered design — predictive modeling before a single cable is pulled
  • Multi-carrier, multi-band — AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile on one system
  • Carrier retransmission consent — approvals managed entirely by us
  • Upgrade path — to fiber DAS or private 5G (CBRS) as your needs grow

At a glance

  • Best for buildings 50,000–250,000+ sq ft
  • Industrial signal boosters feeding a designed antenna grid
  • Covers stairwells, elevators, and below-grade parking
  • Coverage KPIs verified by floor-by-floor walk test
  • Remote monitored 24/7 under your service plan

We're vendor-neutral: FCC-certified equipment is matched to your building's RF design, not a sales quota
